Re: Water conservation.

Most restaurants serve water in large glasses, and most diners drink little of it. By serving in small glasses (6 ounces) and refilling if necessary, they could save many thousands of gallons (and money).

Smaller and lighter glasses would also help those who have a touch of arthritis in their hands.
